November – Making submissions in reply to IP Australia Consultation Papers relating to recommendations from the Productivity Commission’s 2016 inquiry into Australia’s IP arrangements, and the Productivity Commission’s 2013 inquiry into compulsory licensing of patents (see IPTA’s submissions by clicking here)
November – Making submissions in reply to IP Australia’s exposure drafts of the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 1 and Other Measures) Bill 2017 and the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Regulation 2017 (see IPTA’s submissions by clicking here)
