The Notice below from the Department of Justice and Community Safety Victoria provides advice that Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018 (Victoria) will commence on 1 March 2019.  The Department of Justice also provides some guidance materials (see links below) that may be of assistance to members, particularly those in Victoria:
