RULES COMMITTEE

OBJECTIVE OF THE COMMITTEE

The objectives of the Rules Committee are:

•   maintain the IPTA Memorandum and Articles of Association and By-Laws and the Code of Ethics and Guidelines (IPTA Rules)

•   recommend changes of the IPTA Rules to members as and when required

•   field enquiries from members regarding interpretation of the IPTA Rules

•   provide permission to members to use the IPTA Logo

MEASURABLE GOALS

•   The IPTA Rules maintain their relevance to attorney practice and process.
